Do I need Reservations?

No, reservations are not required. We service on first come first served basis. However, if you are big on planning or plan to visit with a large group you can make a reservation using the following links:

Can I join a Waitlist?

What days do you have live events?

Everyday we have live events in the evening. To check who will be performing at a specific location, visit our events page.

Menu Information

  1. Do all of your locations serve alcohol? All locations serve alcohol except our Passaic Location.
  2. Is your menu the same at all locations? Our menu is a little different at our Passaic Location Since the demographics of Passaic consist of more Mexican natives, some items are a bit spicier & traditional. For example, we offer items like tripe, lengua, patas & more!

Valet

  1. Do I have to pay for Valet? No, valet is a complimentary service for all of our clients. Tips are welcomed but not required.
  2. Why does La Fortaleza have valet? Our parking lots are limited in spaces. In order to accommodate more guest, the city/town governance allows for the creation of additional parking spaces if preformed by a professional valet team. This way we can allow for more cars in our parking lot.
  3. Can I still park in your lot if I do not want valet? The vehicles parked in our lot by the valet team are fully covered and insured by Five Star Valet, the professional company who manages valet for La Fortaleza Restaurants. In the past, we have allowed self parking, and accidents have occurred by self parkers -making it very difficult to establish who is responsible over damages -the self parker or the valet team. Therefore, we do not allow self parking after 6PM on any day and/or when the lot is at 50% capacity.
  4. Where do I park if I do not want valet? You may utilize off street parking on any of our businesses.
  5. I am missing items from my vehicle or need to report damages, what should I do? The best thing is to inspect your vehicle before & after at any valet service (either with us or any other place). Report it to the valet attendants, and they will provide you with solutions to all issues. We have cameras in place to help with investigations.
